Like Black Tourmaline, it’s associated with protection, but instead of guarding you from outside negativity, it helps soften the negativity you aim at yourself. A beautiful stone for self-love, emotional healing and learning to speak to yourself with the same kindness you give everyone else. It also pairs beautifully with Rose Quartz.
